Suzuki Book Recital Planning

Download the Suzuki Book Recital Planning Guide

Congratulations on reaching the end of your Suzuki book! We are so proud of your accomplishment.

You will work with your teacher to arrange the location, date and time of your upcoming Suzuki Book Recital.

Begin preparing your student by playing through large sections of the book at a time. Mental and physical endurance play a huge role in your student’s success. Just like a marathon, you need a training regimen with increasing run-throughs each day, and don’t forget to listen to your Suzuki book recordings!

String players will have a piano accompanist performing with them for the recital. Minimize your rehearsal fees by practicing daily with the backing tracks in IMTEX. Ask your teacher for help finding the online tracks and correct tempo for each piece.
