Currently Enrolled In-Home Students

Request lesson times between June 2-August 29, 2026.

Students must purchase a minimum of six summer time slots in order to retain their spot next fall.

Families using online booking will request the time slot that they need for all students in their family. For example, two 30-minute lessons would be a 60-minute time slot.

Request a 30, 45, 60 or 90-minute time slot, which the teacher will divide between 1, 2 or 3 students.

Our staff may need to bump your time slot a little earlier or later, depending on teacher travel times.

Travel teachers are able to come to your home once per week. Therefore, In-Home families must book a time slot to include all students in the household on each visit. Siblings cannot be divided into separate visits.

If you need separate lesson times for each of your students, you may book one In-Home time slot and then additional In-Studio lessons that week.

In-Studio lessons are always an option if in-home lesson times don’t fit with your schedule. Reach out to our office to book an In-Studio lesson in place of In-Home.

In-Home lessons are booked at least 48 hours in advance. You may cancel summer lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time. 

In-Home lessons may use online booking or contact our office.

Tuition per Visit

• 30-Minute Time Slot (1 student): $60.00

• 45-Minute Time Slot (1-2 students): $90.00

• 60-Minute Time Slot (1-2 students): $120.00

• 90-Minute Time Slot (1-3 students): $180.00

• Summer Non-Refundable Registration Fee: $40.00

6-Visit Packages

• Six 30-Minute Time Slots: $400.00 (1 student)

• Six 45-Minute Time Slots: $580.00 (1-2 students)

• Six 60-Minute Time Slots: $760.00 (1-2 students)

• Six 90-Minute Time Slots: $1120.00 (2-3 students)

Tuition rates include travel fees.

Installment plans available upon request.

How does summer billing work?

When families request their first lesson of the summer using online booking, they will be prompted to approve the charge of the 6-lesson package (6 lessons + reg fee).

Our staff will charge out the 6-pack of lessons upon confirming the lesson reservation to your payment method on file. The next 5 lesson requests will automatically be paid for by that 6-pack.

Summer tuition is due in full by May 1, 2026 is refundable until June 2, 2026.

You are welcome to book more than 6 lessons and you can purchase those a la carte at any time.

Can I change my lesson time during the summer and then go back to my old time in the school year?

The summer is a free-for-all with scheduling and you may book lessons at your convenience.

We will send out lesson time request forms in late summer and students will respond with their preferences for the upcoming school year.

While we try to accommodate everyone’s specific requests, we cannot guarantee you’ll get the exact same lesson time back again.

We are committed to providing you with a fall lesson time with your preferred teacher in your window of availability if you book at least six lessons during the summer.

Can I change my summer schedule after I book it?

Yes, you can contact our office or log into your account and cancel or submit more lesson requests with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled lesson time.

We are unable to reschedule, credit or refund lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows.

I will not be taking summer lessons. What do I need to do to unenroll?

If you will not be taking summer lessons, notify our office right away so we won’t keep bugging you about scheduling lessons.

There will be no further charges applied to your account past May unless you actively sign up for summer lessons.

Lesson registration will open in August for new students or returning students who have not taken summer lessons.

We cannot guarantee a spot next fall if you do not take six or more summer private lessons.

Are there any group classes this summer?

Yes, preschoolers may sign up for Exploring Music Classes (instead of private lessons).

Violin and Viola students may sign up for Summer Strings Classes.
