Summer Music Fest
1st-6th Grade

Your student will have a blast at music camp this summer at Mattix Music Studio!
Learn piano or violin with a group of your friends.
Classes:
1. Current kindergardner beginners – piano focus.
2. Current 1st grader beginner – piano focus.
3. Current 2nd grader with 1+ years experience – piano focus.
4. Current 4th-6th grader with 1+ years experience – violin focus.
Daily Schedule
Every day is a new musical adventure, filled with learning, fun and friendship!
Your student will select their specialization – piano or violin – and get placed in a group class with students of similar age and experience.
Our faculty have prepared an incredible selection of classes that students will love.
Your group classes may include piano ensemble, strings ensemble, choir, songwriting, video game music, drumming, movement and dance, games, crafts, and more!
Group Placement
Students will be placed in a group that they will remain in for the duration of camp.
In your enrollment form, you will indicate if you’re a brand new beginner or if you have already taken music lessons.
We will place students at similar levels and ages in the same groups. Brand new beginners are very welcome, as well as experienced music students.
Daily Recital
Our campers will enjoy daily recitals at 11:45-12:00 featuring our faculty, honors students and guest artists.
Parents, come early for pick-up and watch our inspiring performers!
Final Concert
The final camp concert is Friday, June 17th at 11:30am.
Adults are invited to attend and we will live stream on Zoom.
Staff
Classes will be taught by Mattix Music Studio faculty and professional guest artists.
Each group of students will have a cool teen camp counselor who will watch over them and make sure they are comfortable in their classes.
Masks
Masks are optional.
All our faculty and support staff are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and are receiving boosters as appropriate.

Enrollment & Tuition:

Tuition: $280 per student
Enrollment is first-come first-serve and we expect spots to fill quickly. Limit 60 campers.
We will maintain a waiting list and will notify you if spots open up.
Full refunds are available until March 1, 2022. A $50 cancellation fee will be applied March 2-April 30, 2022. No refunds available after May 1, 2022.
